INDEVCO’s joint venture with leading
Italian manufacturer Snaidero satisfies regional
taste for
top-quality kitchens.
The hum of activity inside Snaidero
Middle East headquarters competes with the sound
of constant traffic on one of Beirut’s busiest
round-abouts. The joint venture between INDEVCO and
Snaidero Italy has launched 13 kitchen showrooms
in the region since 1996. Three new showrooms will
open in Cairo, Doha, and Jeddah in the coming months,
and three new distributors will be assigned in different
cities in Saudi Arabia.
Nine distributors currently cover Cyprus, Egypt,
Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Bahrain and the
United Arab Emirates. Snaidero Middle East directly
manages two showrooms in Lebanon, in addition to
the Saudi operation.
As regional headquarters and support center, Snaidero
Middle East assists distributors with human resource
recruitment and training, marketing communications
and media planning for unified branding, launching
of new product lines, and exhibition planning support.
Brands
Snaidero Middle East presently offers two main
kitchen brands: Snaidero and Medline. Through its
distribution network, professional sales designers
directly serve consumers in showrooms and work
closely to offer custom-made solutions to architects
and sub-contractors.
Snaidero Italian Kitchens
Snaidero is well known for its pre-eminence in
the European kitchen market. Top designers, such
as Pininfarina, Roberto Lucci and Paolo Orlandini,
and Massimo Losa Ghini, have conceptualized new
approaches to kitchen design in their Snaidero
models.
Signature designs - Contemporary, Emotional Modern,
and Revised Traditional in a complete range of
colors, finishes and styles - harmoniously blend
to create kitchens, which are both beautiful and
functional. Ordered through Snaidero Middle East,
distributors fit and install cabinetry, countertops
(laminates, solid surfaces and other materials),
and appliances.
Medline Kitchens
 As part of the joint venture agreement and under
Italian supervision, Snaidero Middle East also
launched the successful Medline brand for quality,
style and Mediterranean taste.
Medline kitchens, made
of Italian wood and German accessories, are designed,
modeled, and assembled
in Lebanon and distributed throughout the Middle
East.
Designs are developed in-house through Snaidero
Middle East’s product development department.

Snaidero Middle East is also in the process of
expanding product lines. It has recently signed
agreements to offer the Wery brand of industrial,
semi-industrial and outdoor kitchens from Italian
ALI Group of Foodservice Equipment Companies, as
well as wardrobes, walk-in closets and closing
systems by Italian original furniture manufacturer,
MOVE.
