What Happens When You Submit An RFQ?

1 . Your Request for Quotation is received by our Online Customer Support Center and reviewed for:

A. Product specifications & delivery information

You may submit RFQs for as many products as you’d like. In order to expedite the process, we encourage corporate inquiries to be comprehensive and complete with precise product information and specifications, as well as delivery and payment terms.

B. Sufficient company information

We require a basic exchange of company information during the quotation process. Please complete the "Corporate Profile" with details of your company profile, products and/or services, and full contact information. We process your RFQs only after receiving this information.

2 . When all information is complete, the Online Customer Support Center passes your RFQ to an Export Executive or Affiliate Customer Service Rep responsible for your location. They may ask you for additional product specifications, machinery or end use, if the product is customized or complex in structure.

3 . The Export Executive, after consulting with the appropriate plant, issues a non-binding Quotation effective for a specific period.

4 . The Export Executive communicates with you regarding samples from our plant(s), samples requested from your company, production, sales, and shipping details.

5 . We may invite your company to visit our plant(s) and management offices, in order to seriously explore a future relationship. Likewise, our technical professionals may visit your plant to determine how our plant(s) may best meet your needs.
